The most important aspect of being an independent agency is making sure our clients have the best service possible when it comes to filing claims for personal or commercial policies. In order to ensure the best possible claims service, Doherty, Duggan and Rouse created and staffed a claims department. By having someone dedicated to servicing clients with claims that need to be processed or questions about claims that are being processed, we can ensure the best possible service. Once established, the agency has gone one step further and set up communications channels so that we can service clients 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
What type of claims do we service? Our claims department services all Property & Casualty clients as well as any Personal Insurance claims. Any questions about claims or coverage of benefits handled by our Employee Benefits department should be directed to that department.
